  • Click on “Forgotten Password”.
  • You will automatically be redirected to the page which will give you a new password for your betting account.
  • Please note that our system is case sensitive and differentiates between capital and small letters.

I want to withdraw money from my betting account. Are all withdrawals free?


  • Tipico.com does not charge to process withdrawals upto a maximum of three withdrawals  per calendar week.
  • Every additional withdrawal made incurs a processing fee of the DKK equivalent of €5.00. The exchange is based on the rates provided by Bundesbank and are changed on a daily basis.
  • Please note that your bank may charge fees for payments made to and from abroad.

I want to withdraw money via a bank transfer. How long does a bank transfer take?


  • Bank transfers made within the European Union can take between 3 and 7 working days.
  • Bank transfers made outside of the European Union can take significantly longer.
  • tipico.com does not have any influence over the processing times of bank transfers.
  • Please note that users with a Tipico customer card can only receive payouts of their winnings in their Tipico shop.
 
 

I have won! When will the money be credited to my betting account?


  • We always aim for short processing times. However, the betting slips can only be valued once we have been provided with the official results of the game in question.
  • The length of this evaluation period can vary between sport types.
 
 

What is the most that I can win?


  • There is a general limit of the DKK equivalent of € 100.000 per customer per week on winnings made on sports bets. The exchange is based on the rates provided by Bundesbank and are changed on a daily basis.
  • There is also a limit of the DKK equivalent of  € 100.000 on winnings made on each betting slip. Different rules may apply for Tipico customer cardholders. Please enquire at your Tipico shop.
 
 
 

What is the minimum bet that can be placed?


  • The minimum bet that can be made is the DKK equivalent of € 1.00 for single bets.
  • In the case of system and multiple bets, the minimum bet is the DKK equivalent of € 0.25 per combination. The exchange is based on the rates provided by Bundesbank and are changed on a daily basis.
  • Different rules may apply for Tipico customer cardholders. Please enquire at your Tipico shop.
 
 
 

How many bets can I make on one betting slip?


  • Up to 30 bets can be made on any one betting slip.
 
 

What is a bet application?


We give you the chance to manually place a bet that has been rejected by our automatic system due to the legal limits. Our bookmakers then check your application and decide whether the bet can in fact be accepted.

NOTE: A bet application that has been approved by our bookmakers becomes binding immediately and the bet will be charged to your account. It is therefore important that you ensure that sufficient funds are in your betting account to cover the bet. If you do not have sufficient credit to cover the chosen bet the application will be rejected.

PLEASE NOTE: It is only possible to submit bet applications between 08.00hrs and Midnight.
 
 

How does the bet application work?


If the placement of a bet causes a limit to be reached you will be informed by an error message. You then have the following options, although not all options will be available in all cases:

  • Adjust the amount: The maximum sum possible is displayed on your bet and can then be selected as your wager. You can then place the bet with this reduced sum.
  • Apply for the bet: You can apply to place the bet you desire with our bookmaker team. Please note that the bet may be approved with a reduced wager. By making your application you agree to this possible reduction.
  • Reduce the wager and apply for the remaining amount: The maximum sum possible is displayed on your bet and can then be selected as your wager. The difference between this and your original wager can then be applied for as a bet with our bookmaker team. Please note that the bet may be approved with a reduced wager. By making your application you agree to this possible reduction.

Example: You want to place a 500 € bet but in doing so have reached a limit. You place the bet for the maximum wager possible, in this case 300 €, and then apply for the remaining 200 € as a separate bet. Our bookmakers will then decide whether this additional 200 € bet can be approved, if the wager needs to be reduced (e.g. to 150 €), or if the bet cannot be accepted at all.

PLEASE NOTE: It is only possible to submit bet applications between 08.00hrs and Midnight.

 
 

What happens when I apply for a bet?


Our bookmaker team will deal promptly with the bet application. The processing status of the bet in question can be found at “My Tipico - My Bets”. The following statuses are possible:

  • Application pending: The inspection of the bet has not yet been completed. You have the option of cancelling the application.
  • Open: The bet has been checked by our bookmakers and accepted. This may mean that the desired wager has been reduced; you can see whether this is the case in the betting slip details, which can be accessed by clicking on the betting slip number.
  • Denied: The bet has been checked by our bookmakers and has not been accepted. The grounds for the rejection can be viewed in the betting slip details.

 

 
 

I have received the following error message: “Unfortunately it is not possible to bet this amount.” What does this mean?


Our risk management team keeps an eye on all wager limits, adjusts these and processes bet applications. This information is based on several parameters including the games/leagues being bet on, the wagers already placed and many more. The constant changes in betting mean that no general statements can be given.
 
 

I want to bet on a sport or league that is not included in the betting program. Is that possible?


At tipico.com we offer up to 3000 bets each week with the highest quotas. We offer a wide range of quotas for each betting event. Unfortunately we cannot offer bets on all sports and all leagues. However, we are constantly striving to improve our service and are, therefore, very interested in hearing your requests. Please click on “Contact Us” and pass your suggestion onto us.
